2. Go to User Configuration, Administrative Templates, and Start Menu and Taskbar
3. Fina “Turn off Taskbar Thumbnails” and open it.
4. Select Disable from the opened window

Disable Taskbar Thumbnail Preview in Windows 7; HOWTO
1. Start button -> type on search bar gpedit.msc & Enter
2. Go to User Configuration, Administrative Templates, and Start Menu and Taskbar
3. Fina “Turn off Taskbar Thumbnails” and open it.
4. Select Disable from the opened window
